I only started cooking in January 2024 — at 36 years old. For most of my life, I truly believed I couldn’t cook. I thought it was something other people were just good at. But once I began experimenting with plant-based meals, everything changed. I realised cooking isn’t about perfection — it’s about creativity, curiosity, and making food that feels good.
