High Protein Vegan Vanilla Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plant cream See Note 1
  • 4 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 250 g soy yogurt vanilla preferably
  • 20 g vanilla pea protein powder
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence optional

Instructions
 

Add all ingredients together and whip

  • Whip the plant cream and icing sugar together using an electric beater. Fold the yogurt, protein powder and vanilla extract and stir to combine. 

Notes

Note 1: I use Flora Thickened Plant Cream. I highly recommend a plant cream which is made of lentils like this one, so you don't get a "coconut" taste. This still contains coconut fat, but due to the mix of lentils and seed oils, you get a more flavourful "dairy" like taste.
