- ½ cup plant cream See Note 1
- 4 tablespoon icing sugar
- 250 g soy yogurt vanilla preferably
- 20 g vanilla pea protein powder
- pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence optional
Add all ingredients together and whip
Note 1: I use Flora Thickened Plant Cream. I highly recommend a plant cream which is made of lentils like this one, so you don't get a "coconut" taste. This still contains coconut fat, but due to the mix of lentils and seed oils, you get a more flavourful "dairy" like taste.
