Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk cold
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 large banana frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup mango frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • thick scoop of coconut milk from the top of can top of smoothie and swirling around the cup

Instructions
 

Blend

  • Put all ingredients beside the coconut cream into a blender. Set 1-2 tablespoons aside.

Stir

  • Using these tablespoons of the mixture, stir in a little more almond butter and turmeric.

Whip

  • Whip up the coconut cream using an electric hand mixer if you want to make the milk extra thick. Drizzle the inside of the cup with coconut cream and the almond butter/turmeric mixture.
